“I’ve been into tuning and modifying cars for over 20 years, going right back to before I had even passed my driving test! Since then I’ve worked on all kinds of cars – German, British, Japanese, all of which have their own positives and not so positives! 

But over the years, what I have always been thoroughly impressed with are high quality parts manufactured right here in the UK by our fantastic local companies. The standard of manufacturing is superb and unquestionable. I have always been confident installing and using parts from British companies. 

Also, having been a customer while purchasing parts myself, I recognise that one of the most important things that customers value is amazing customer service. Simple things like responding to emails/messages in a reasonable timeframe, keeping customers updated on their orders, and being polite and courteous should come as standard. Our goal is to take the customer experience to the next level and prove that long waiting times with a lack of communication shouldn’t be the norm. 

So with this in mind, I started Flow Performance with a simple mission:
